This group requires travel and time away from your company two times per year and is a 5-figure investment. Please do not apply if your company is under $2 million in revenue or you are not interested in investing.
Here’s what we do:

Members must attend two meetings per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. We rotate between each member’s company to do a deep dive at each facility.

We will share financials in a unified format and discuss key ratios every 6 months.
Gain access to industry ratios and benchmarks not available anywhere else.

Each meeting includes a host company evaluation, which involves all members visiting with the host company’s key personnel in Finance & Administration, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Safety.
This deep dive gives the host company valuable and enlightening insights that may never be gained elsewhere.

We will discuss a wide array of topics from sales & marketing, to your tech stack in the office, to HR issues to succession planning. In these conversations, a willingness to help, share and give in order to get what you need is the most collaborative approach.
